Live Classes at the Firehouse Arts & Events Center
Bellingham, Washington
Join us Wednesday mornings in Fairhaven for ongoing instruction in Wild Goose (Dayan) Qigong — a traditional system of movement, breath, and internal cultivation that supports balance, vitality, and calm awareness.
Rooted in classical Chinese “nourishing life” practices, classes emphasize relaxed movement, posture, breathing, and whole-body coordination in a welcoming and grounded environment for modern practitioners.
In a culture of constant stimulation and stress, these practices offer a practical way to restore steadiness, attention, and connection with the body.
New Student Enrollment
Open for new students four times each year, on the first Wednesdays of January, April, July, and October.
