🔹 Student Agreement
​

Students agree to use these courses solely for personal self-cultivation and internal development.

This program is not a teacher training course. Participants are not authorized to teach, reproduce, or distribute any of the material or practices learned without direct permission and certification from Robert Bates, DC, Matt Van Dyke, AEMP, or their authorized representatives.

Students agree not to share video content, login credentials, or course access with others.

An active membership subscription is required for continued access to all online course content and supplemental materials.

🔹 Release of Liability

The information provided through North Cascades Wild Goose Qi Gong is for general health, movement, and wellness education only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult with your licensed healthcare provider before starting any new exercise or movement program.

By participating in classes, online programs, or any instructional materials provided, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for your health decisions and outcomes.

You agree to hold harmless North Cascades Wild Goose Qi Gong, Robert Bates, DC, Matt Van Dyke, AEMP, their agents, employees, and affiliates from any liability related to injury, illness, or damages arising from participation.

Participation is voluntary, and you knowingly and freely assume all associated risks.

No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes or results; individual experiences may vary.

🔹 Cancellation and Refund Policy
​

Membership Subscriptions

  • Membership subscription is $10 per month.

  • Canceling membership will result in loss of access to all supplemental materials and any previously purchased course content.

  • Membership renews monthly unless canceled.

Online Course Purchases

  • One-time registration fees for online classes or archived courses are non-refundable after 48 hours from purchase.

  • All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee.

  • Continued access to online materials requires an active membership subscription.

Livestream Courses

  • Refunds are accepted up to 7 days before the course start date.

  • No refunds will be issued after the start of a live online course.

  • All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee.

🔹 Acknowledgment

By enrolling in any program, purchasing any membership, or participating in any course provided by North Cascades Wild Goose Qi Gong, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Participation Policies.

Your agreement extends to all future sessions, classes, workshops, or seminars conducted in-person, via Zoom, or through any digital platform.
