Student Use and Content Policy

Students agree to use these courses solely for personal self-cultivation and internal development.
These programs are not teacher training courses.
Participants are not authorized to teach, reproduce, share, or disseminate any of the content, materials, or practices learned without direct permission and certification from Robert Bates, DC, Matt Van Dyke, AEMP, or other authorized representatives of North Cascades Wild Goose Qi Gong.

Students may not share video content, login credentials, or access to memberships or course materials with others.

An active membership subscription is required for continued access to online course content.

By purchasing access to online classes, video courses, or memberships offered by North Cascades Wild Goose Qi Gong, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Access to Class Material and Videos

• You are purchasing access to the class material and video content provided within the online courses and membership platform.

• Access to materials is not guaranteed indefinitely and may be subject to expiration, limitation, or modification at the sole discretion of North Cascades Wild Goose Qi Gong.

Modification of Content

• North Cascades Wild Goose Qi Gong reserves the right to update, modify, or remove any class material or video content at any time without prior notice.

• Updates may include, but are not limited to, additions to the material, changes to video presentations, or removal of specific content sections.

Proprietary Rights

• All course materials, video content, and related documents remain the exclusive property of North Cascades Wild Goose Qi Gong.

• Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

• Reproduction, distribution, transmission, display, sale, or exploitation of any content without prior written consent from North Cascades Wild Goose Qi Gong is strictly prohibited.

Disclaimer of Warranties

• The class materials and video content are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• North Cascades Wild Goose Qi Gong disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

• In no event shall North Cascades Wild Goose Qi Gong, or instructors Robert Bates, DC or Matt Van Dyke, AEMP, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the class material and video content.

Governing Law

• This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By purchasing, enrolling, or participating in any courses or memberships, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
