Join us for a 3-week livestream series exploring the gentle, restorative 5-Phase Support the Heart Form, a movement meditation from the Wild Goose (Dayan) Qigong system.

This calming form nourishes the Heart and Spirit, associated with Summer and the Fire Element in Chinese medicine. Through smooth, flowing movement and breath, this class supports:

  • Heart and Pericardium meridians

  • Laogong (palm centers) and Three Burners

  • Balance of Fire and Water energies in the body

Open to all levels — this practice is perfect for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
