A 12-week introduction to the foundational seated meditation of the Wild Goose (Dayan) Qigong system. Learn methods for relaxation, quiet awareness, sinking the qi, and cultivating internal stillness through progressive guided practice.

This short, dynamic form in the Wild Goose System can quickly stretch and open the lower back, legs, and spine.  It regulates qi through the whole body, opens the upper and lower energy centers (dantian), and expels toxins.  With shaking movements, twisting, and circle walking, this jewel of a form efficiently energizes your body, clears your mind, and stretches your back and legs.  We are looking forward to sharing this with you no matter where you are located!
